Q. Vacation destinations are expensive, the amounts you are offering won't buy much.
A. This is true, please remember that Anthony is rebating you cash from his sales commission and most real estate agents would never even consider the idea of doing that.  This is truly a gift from him out of his own pocket.  Also, keep in mind that I am also offering an additional $250 commission referral rebate for every referral you send to me and this can add up to HUGE money!

Q. If I refer a friend, family member or co-worker, will I receive anything?
A. The Colorado Real Estate Commission and RESPA laws are very strict about paying non-licensed real estate agents for referrals.  However, as long as you are a client of mine, I am allowed to refund, rebate or discount as much or as little of my sales commission as I want to.  Truth is, most agents don't offer anything (except a Coke & a simile), but I don't have a problem giving a little bit of money back in order to earn your business.  The economy is tight now and everyone can use the extra money.  Having said that,  I will offer you  an additional $250 commission referral rebate for every referral you send to me!   It's absolutely essential that you tell me in advance who you are referring so I can track them in my database and for auditing purposes.

Q. Is there a limit as to how many referrals I can make or how much I can earn?
A. NO - you can refer as many buyers & sellers as you'd like .  As you can see, this has the potential to add up very quickly.  As an added bonus, any referrals you make will not have to wait until the first anniversary to be paid back.  I will rebate all of these on the day of closing so you can take advantage of the savings even sooner!

Q. Can I tell my family, friend & co-workers about this promotion?
A. Absolutely!  In fact, I would really appreciate any referrals you make to me. The more buyers or sellers you send to me, the more referral credits you can earn!

Q. What if we're not in the market to purchase a home right now?
A. No problem.  I understand that not everyone who wants to buy a home has the ability to do so.  It can sometimes take several years for couples to decide to become homeowners. Your rebate bucks do not expire, so you can collect them now and use them anytime down the road.

A. Absolutely Not.  While this promotional offer was originally created towards Colorado newlyweds, I am in the business of helping buyer and sellers - regardless of your marital status.  I  understand and support Equal Opportunity & Fair Housing for everyone, so everyone is welcome to participate!  Specific to this promotion, I have put together two rebates programs - one called "Double Dipper" (for couples & first-timers) and another called "Single-Scoops" (for individuals, repeats & first-timers)

Q. Can I really go on vacation on this amount of money?
A. With the current economy, the travel business is struggling right and is now offering incredible packages to almost every destination.  There are steep discounts on airfare & hotels that you can't even imagine. Help the local economy by using your cash rebate to take a trip here in beautiful Colorado.  Perhaps a weekend trip to Beaver Creek, Glenwood Springs or even down to Colorado Springs - there is so much to do in Colorado and there are plenty of low-cost deals out there!  As I mentioned above, keep in mind that I am also offering an additional $250 commission referral rebate for every referral you send to me and this can add up to HUGE money!

Q. Do I have to use the money for a vacation or can I use it for something else?
A. At the end of the day, how you decide to spend the cash rebate money is entirely up to you. So if you'd rather purchase a big screen TV, appliance, furniture or pay bills, that's entirely up to you.

Q. Can I have the money sooner or do I really have to wait until ONE YEAR?
A. I understand the skepticism and you have every right to question what this is all about.  In fact, I encourage you to conduct your own due-diligence on me to determine who I am and what I'm all about. I have tons of references and will be happy to provide these to you anytime.  As far as how much it costs you to hire me to help you purchase a property - the simple answer is NOTHING.  Why?  In Colorado, the seller or seller's agent pays all sales commission fees.  I can assure you that you won't have to pay me a dine to represent your best interests.  I strongly encourage you to read my webpage on buyer agency - it will explain all the details of working with real estate agents in Colorado.
